  • We currently serve the Denver metro area and surrounding suburbs. If you’re not sure whether your home is within our service area, feel free to reach out!

  • With more than 30 years of combined experience, our team can handle projects of all sizes. We’re happy to take on the smaller projects that larger companies often won’t, while giving every project the care, attention, and quality craftsmanship it deserves.

  • Filling out our online Project Request Form is the best way to get started. Tell us a little about your project, and we’ll review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Pricing & Payments

  • After learning more about your project, we'll provide a general price range so you have an idea of what to expect before scheduling an in-home consultation. Following the consultation, we'll prepare a more accurate estimate based on the details of your project.

  • We believe pricing should be simple and transparent. Your project agreement includes the labor, standard materials, and installation supplies needed to complete the agreed-upon Scope of Work, unless something is specifically listed as client-provided. We give you one clear price rather than separating everything into confusing individual charges.

  • Yes. A deposit is required before your project is scheduled. Your specific payment schedule will be outlined in your Scope of Work before you approve the project. Larger projects may include an additional progress payment, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

  • We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank payments. Your payment schedule and available payment options will be clearly outlined before your project begins.

  • Yes! Financing options are available through Affirm, allowing qualified customers to break their project cost into manageable payments. Available financing options and terms are determined through Affirm.

Your Project & Design

  • Absolutely. Whether you know exactly what you want or need help bringing your ideas together, design guidance is always included at no additional cost. We can help with material selections, colors, finishes, layouts, and other details to create a space that feels right for your home.

  • No. We can source and purchase the materials needed for your project, so you don't have to coordinate everything yourself. If there are specific fixtures, finishes, or materials you'd prefer to purchase yourself, we're happy to work with client-provided items as well.

  • Yes. Our team is skilled in plumbing and electrical work, allowing us to handle most of your project in-house. When specialized or licensed work is required, we coordinate with trusted professionals on your behalf. This means fewer contractors for you to manage and one team overseeing your project from start to finish.

  • Most of our projects are completed within about a week. However, timelines vary depending on the specific Scope of Work, project size, materials, and complexity. We'll discuss the expected timeline with you before scheduling so you know what to expect before work begins.
