Submit an Project Request

Start by completing our Project Request Form. Tell us a little about your home, the work you're considering, and what you'd like to accomplish. We'll review your request and contact you within 1–2 business days to discuss your project and next steps.

Let's Talk Details

Next, we'll learn more about your project. Depending on the type of work, we may send you a short, project-specific questionnaire to gather additional details about your needs, priorities, style, and goals. We'll review everything and follow up with any additional questions.

Once we have a clear understanding of your project, we'll prepare a Project Proposal outlining the anticipated Scope of Work and estimated project price range. If everything looks like a good fit, we'll move forward with an in-home consultation.

Meet With Us

We'll schedule an in-home consultation to see your space, discuss your project, take measurements, and explore materials and design options. When helpful, we'll bring samples so you can see and feel your options in your own home.

Review Your Project Agreement

After your consultation, we'll finalize the details and prepare your Project Agreement. This includes your detailed Scope of Work, final material selections, one clear all-inclusive Project Price, Payment Schedule, and Terms & Conditions—so you know exactly what's included before committing to the project.

Finalize & Schedule

Once your Project Agreement is approved, you'll receive an invoice for the required deposit. After the deposit is received and any applicable cancellation period has passed, we'll confirm your project dates and begin preparing and ordering materials for your project.

We Bring It to Life

Now the exciting part begins. Our team handles your project from start to finish, coordinates the details, and keeps you informed throughout the process. Payments are made according to the Payment Schedule in your Project Agreement, and we'll stay with you through completion and final details.
